Full disclosure: I procrastinated from making this video for 3 months.
Why does every boring task on earth become suddenly irresistible as soon as we have something important to do?
In this video I describe a study which highlights just why our brains are actually hardwired to procrastinate, and how we can hijack this system in order to trick ourselves into doing more.
There's two main results here: swallow the frog and optimising our to do lists. Hope it all helps!
