[No Yeast] Why didn't I know this easy way before? Simple and delicious!

Today I will share with you a very simple and delicious recipe. It does not require yeast, fermentation, or an oven. It will be out of the pan after a few minutes. It's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I hope you like it!


For the dough:
90ml hot water (60-70°C)
1.5 Salt ( 1/4tsp)
150g All-purpose or bread flour ( 1cup)

For the filling:
15g Green onion
20g Spinach
40g Carrots
50g Mozzarella cheese
A pinch of red pepper powder
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black pepper
15g Unsalted butter
Olive oil (for frying)
