DIRTY COP: Officer Caught M4sturbating In Front Of Family On Emergency Callout

A cop sent to a home on an emergency call has been charged with masturbating and exposing himself in front of a horrified family.

Officer Matthew Dominguez, 32, is accused of pleasuring himself in front of two shocked female members of the family.

He is also said to have exposed his manhood to the mother of the family during the callout to a home in Santa Clara, California, USA on 21st April this year.

Dominguez and his partner had been called to the property because of a "mentally ill" family member who was threatening his relatives.

District Attorney Jeff Rosen said the sicko cop's behaviour was "beyond disturbing."

The District Attorney's Office said Dominguez will be arraigned on a misdemeanour indecent exposure charge on June 22 for touching himself in front of the “shocked and scared victims”.

The Office of the District Attorney for the County of Santa Clara said in a statement on 12th May: “Officer Matthew Dominguez, 32, was arrested today and will be arraigned on a misdemeanor indecent exposure charge on June 22, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. in the Hall of Justice in San Jose.

“If convicted, he could face a year in jail and be placed on the sexual offender list for 10 years.

"Dominguez is currently on administrative leave from the police department.”

The statement continued: “On April 21, Dominguez – who has been on the force for four years – responded, with two other officers, to a home on a call that a mentally ill family member was being violent.

“Evidence shows that after initiating the investigation, Dominguez sent the other officers away to locate the subject.

“Shortly thereafter, Dominguez touched himself in front of two female family members. Subsequent to this, Dominguez exposed himself to the mother.”

The statement added: “The shocked and scared victims fled and reported the officer’s behavior to two male relatives nearby.

"One also witnessed the officer exposing himself in a dining area.”

District Attorney Jeff Rosen said: “The charged behavior is beyond disturbing.

"Law enforcement officers respond to our homes to help crime victims, not terrorize, traumatize, and create new victims.”

The authorities confirmed that the “investigation is ongoing” and called on “anyone with additional criminal information about the officer” to come forwards.
