ATF CAUGHT: The Supreme Court Case That Could Destroy the ATF’s Pistol Brace Scheme

The Supreme Court in Staples v. United States had some powerful comments about an attempt by the federal Department of Justice to convict an individual who allegedly violated the NFA by possessing a firearm that was allegedly supposed to be registered with the NFA as a Machine Gun. However the ATF Pistol Brace regulations did not this case of STAPLES V. UNITED STATES
This decision may have major implications for the current ATF fight over Pistol Stabilizing Braces and their regulations as supposed “short barrel rifles.”
